SHREVEPORT, La. – Shreveport Green, an integral part of the local community, has made its city proud by clinching a win at the 2024 edition of Love the Boot Week. The annual awards, a statewide initiative by Keep Louisiana Beautiful, focuses on encouraging individuals, organizations, and communities to take charge of their surroundings by curbing litter and promoting beautification and education campaigns.
Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser, expressed his delight at the results, stating, “These organizations stepped up and demonstrated what it means to Love the Boot.
