When contacted for further details, SWEPCO’s External Affairs Manager, Michael Corbin, explained that the situation stems from an ongoing account issue. “This is… the result of an account issue and it’s been ongoing,” said Corbin. “SWEPCO has been working with Hertz Investment Group to resolve the issue”
