SHREVEPORT, La. – As the sun sets on September 6, the downtown riverfront will come alive with the vibrant colors and sounds of the September Glo Fest. The festivities will kick off at the Riverview Theatre, located at 29 East Milam Street, near the picturesque riverfront. This monthly event, hosted by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, is free to the public and starts in the early evening, ensuring everyone can enjoy the evening’s charm.
