Meet Assistant Manager Kelly Wynn
One person who’s incredibly excited about this new venture is Kelly Wynn, the assistant manager at Club Pilates Bossier. Kelly began her journey as a student back in 2018 and fell head over heels in love with the practice. “It changed my life, my body, and my whole outlook,” Kelly shared. This inspired her to go through teacher training in 2021. “The training was intense, especially while balancing a full-time job, but I committed to it, and I’m all in now!”
Though now she’s more involved in the business side, Kelly still teaches classes because teaching is her genuine passion. “I couldn’t even sell Girl Scout cookies when I was a little girl, but I can sell this because I know it works,” she laughed. It’s clear that her enthusiasm for Pilates is infectious!
The Emotional Opening Day
The opening day was an incredibly emotional experience for Kelly and her team. “There were so many people coming in, just excited for this place. It’s emotional because we’ve put so much heart and soul into making this club a reality. The response has been better than we could have imagined!”
The demand for Club Pilates in Bossier City was undeniable. Initially, the team was a bit nervous about the location, but Kelly stepped up with confidence, assuring the owners, “Don’t be scared, everyone coming from Benton has to pass this area. It’s a good atmosphere and environment. I think we will do great and succeed!”
A Community Vibe
Club Pilates Bossier aims to offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere for its clients. As Kelly put it, “When a client walks into my Pilates class, I want them to leave everything at the door and focus solely on themselves for 50 minutes.” The studio caters to everyone, regardless of their starting point, with classes ranging from level 1 beginner sessions to level 2.5 mastery classes.
“I think everyone needs to try Pilates. It meets you where you are; if you haven’t gotten off the couch in a while, we’re here to help you progress,” Kelly passionately explained.
