Bossier City Welcomes Exciting New Businesses on Airline Drive!

Hey there, Bossier City! If you’ve been cruising down Airline Drive lately, there’s no way you could have missed the fantastic growth happening in our beloved North Bossier area. Over the last few months, the city has seen a wonderful burst of new businesses popping up all along Airline Drive, each aiming to sprinkle a bit of local flavor and create job opportunities for the community. So, buckle up! Here are three amazing new spots you need to check out!

Kung Fu Tea: A Refreshing Delight

First on our list is Kung Fu Tea, a vibrant boba tea shop now serving up all your favorite drinks. Brothers Tim and Timothy, who originally hail from Houston, have made it their mission to bring authentic boba beverages to Bossier City, and they nailed it! They officially opened their doors in May 2024, and folks, this is the first boba shop in this part of town!

Tim shared, “Bossier is growing and expanding in a lot of different ways in this direction, and we wanted to be a part of the attraction.” When you step inside Kung Fu Tea, you’ll be treated to freshly brewed tea that is made throughout the day. What’s more? You can customize your drinks and even earn rewards through their app, making each visit an interactive experience!

Some must-try beverages include Kung Fu Milk Tea, Fruity Flurry, and Strawberry Lemonade. Of course, don’t forget to experiment with delightful toppings like herbal jelly or chia seeds for that extra kick. If you’re in the mood for a refreshing drink, this is definitely the place to go!

KV Nails: A Trip to Pamper Paradise

Next up is the fabulous KV Nails, located just down the road! Owned by local resident Amy, this nail spa offers a chic and delightful experience unlike any other in Bossier City. From the moment you walk through the doors, you will feel like you’ve stepped into a charming dreamland painted in pink!

Amy has gone all out with fluffy pillows, cozy couches, and lovely pink flower walls to create a welcoming environment. If you’re all about pampering, KV Nails delivers with professional nail services, pedicures, and even waxing. The true highlight, according to Amy, is their comfortable massage chairs that promise relaxation during pedicure services. “We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel at ease,” she said. As much as walk-ins are welcomed, appointments can be made online, so you can pick your favorite technician and plan your pampering session!

Casa Jimador: A Taste of Mexico

Rounding off the list is the delicious Casa Jimador, North Bossier’s very own Mexican restaurant that opened its doors on February 20, 2024. Owner Miguel Gutierrez has incorporated traditional Mexican cuisine while also offering unique dishes that keep patrons coming back for more. “We have steak, fish plates, mango habanero salmon, tropical salad, and so much more,” Miguel mentioned.

What really sets Casa Jimador apart is its upscale ambiance and innovative service with a friendly robot that delivers food to tables – how cool is that? Miguel’s passion for serving the community shines through, and he loves being part of the growing North Bossier area. Staff member Esteisy shared, “Miguel is the best boss. He’s always there, ready to lend a hand, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed.”

Exciting Times Ahead!

Bossier City is truly on the rise, and these three new businesses are just the tip of the iceberg. From refreshing boba tea to relaxing nail services and delicious Mexican cuisine, there’s something here for everyone. Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or enjoy a meal with family and friends, you won’t be disappointed exploring these new additions to Airline Drive.

So what are you waiting for? Get out there and support our local businesses while enjoying all the amazing flavors and experiences they have to offer!
