Police Jury President Philip Rodgers emphasized the necessity of mapping out a strategic infrastructure plan. “Next year, we will conduct a series of meetings focused on creating a comprehensive plan to effectively manage the significant growth in both residential and commercial properties in Bossier. Our aim is to promote sustainable growth while enhancing the quality of life for all Bossier residents,” he shared.
