Braille & Brew to Benefit Louisiana Association for the Blind at Thursday’s Event

Shreveport, Louisiana – June 4, 2024

The 2nd annual Braille and Brew is set to take place this Thursday night at The 7th Tap in Shreveport, near Ochsner LSU Health. This unique event aims to raise funds for the Louisiana Association for the Blind while providing an immersive sensory experience for attendees.

Enhancing Awareness Through Experience

During the event, participants will be blindfolded and served meal portions. They will then use their sense of taste and touch to explore and identify different flavors and textures in the food. Additionally, a beer pairing will be offered, allowing guests to discuss and appreciate the various flavors of the beverages provided by The 7th Tap.

Tickets for the Braille and Brew event are priced at $65 and can be purchased on the official website.
