Shreveport, Louisiana – After three hard-fought elections, Caddo Parish is now set to have a newly-elected sheriff for the first time in over two decades. Henry Whitehorn, Sr. is expected to be sworn in as the newest sheriff of the parish.

Whitehorn’s team has announced that the inauguration ceremony is set to take place at the Shreveport Convention Center, scheduled for 5 p.m on Monday, 1st July.
