If you lead a small to mid-sized company and are keen to take your business to new heights, this is a fantastic chance you won’t want to miss!

Who Can Apply?

The CEO Roundtable program is tailored for businesses that earn between $600,000 and $50 million annually. However, it’s worth noting that certain industries are excluded, specifically restaurants and retail stores. But don’t worry, if you’re involved in sectors like technology, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, agriculture, construction, accounting, arts, or entertainment, you’re in luck!

To qualify for this unique opportunity, applicants must be the key decision maker of their company, meaning you have to hold titles like CEO, president, or owner. It is also important that your business has between five and 99 employees. So if you check those boxes, it’s time to get your application ready! And remember, sharing knowledge and insights with fellow participants is crucial—this isn’t just a solo endeavor!

Mark Your Calendars!

Applications are open until March 31, 2025, so don’t let the opportunity slip away. The roundtable meetings will kick off in July 2025 and will run for ten sessions, wrapping up in June 2026. Each session lasts around four hours, allowing ample time for discussions and learning.

Meetings will be held at different locations across the state, with Shreveport’s very own Cohab hosting the sessions. This venue has been a long-time supporter of the CEO program and will continue the tradition of fostering a collaborative environment for local business leaders.

What’s in Store for Participants?

The program is packed with peer-to-peer learning opportunities, featuring expert guest speakers who will share their insights. Participants will also become part of the Louisiana Growth Network upon graduation. This network is a treasure trove of resources aimed at helping second-stage small businesses thrive. So you won’t just gain knowledge—you’ll also gain access to essential tools and support to elevate your business!

One of the key focuses of the roundtable is to assist external market companies in looking to diversify and generate new revenue streams beyond our great state of Louisiana. Over 600 companies have benefitted from this program since its launch, and the results speak volumes: an impressive $9 return for every dollar spent!

Transformative Experience Awaiting

According to the facilitators, the program has been known to lead to those “blinding flashes of the obvious,” where brilliant ideas and strategies become clear during discussions. This collaborative environment is where inspiration meets action, paving the way for transformative change for many businesses.

It’s clear that the CEO Roundtable program is more than just a series of meetings; it’s a dynamic platform for growth, innovation, and connection. So why wait?
