Exciting EDM Performance Set to Electrify Shreveport!

Shreveport, Louisiana, get ready to feel the beat! On December 21 at 9 p.m., the popular venue Strange Brew will host a thrilling EDM pop-up performance featuring not one, not two, but three talented artists! If you’ve been craving a night of pounding bass and vibrant melodies, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Local Beats Meet New Orleans Heart

The spotlight will shine bright on Scott La Beau, the New Orleans musician behind the project Dream Pusha, who credits Strange Brew as one of the special spots that helped him kick-start his musical journey. Scott expresses a heartfelt sentiment about returning to a place that holds so many memories for him. “It’s always a special kind of nostalgia to come home and share the stage with my good friend Dapolitiks in one of the places that it all started for us,” he shared. “It makes me reflect on the journey and be appreciative for how far we come as artists.”

Scott deeply values the support from the venue and its owner. “Huge thanks goes out to Trey Carter who always welcomes us with open arms any time we want to play,” he added, showcasing the warm community atmosphere that Strange Brew fosters.

A Bit About the Artists

Now, let’s take a closer look at who will be bringing the house down with their electrifying performances. First up, we have the one and only Dream Pusha! With roots in New Orleans, Scott La Beau’s music is a rich tapestry of the sounds he grew up with, including jazz, blues, rock, hip hop, and R&B. He has graced the stages of major festivals such as the Infrasound Music Festival, Global Dance Fest, and Terminal West. His unique style and spirited performances are sure to create an unforgettable night.

Next on the lineup is Dapolitiks, another EDM powerhouse who often collaborates with Scott. Together they have forged a sound that’s been taking the EDM scene by storm. The chemistry between these two artists is palpable, making their live shows a lively, feel-good experience.

Rounding out the trio is local talent ITSJUSTFARRIS. A proud Shreveport-Bossier City native, this DJ specializes in underground and deep dub music infused with nostalgic hip hop and pop influences from the 90s and 00s. Farris’ sets are known for their homegrown flair and undeniable energy that brings party-goers to their feet!

Don’t Miss Out!

If you’re feeling the hype to dive into a night filled with rhythm and a fantastic community, make sure to mark your calendars for December 21. Head over to Strange Brew, located at 235 Wall Street, and get ready to dance the night away! This pop-up performance promises to be a celebration of music, connections, and unforgettable memories.
