Art Comes Alive in Bossier City: Local Artists Showcase Their Talent at Live! Casino & Hotel
Shreveport, La. is buzzing with excitement as a group of talented local artists gear up to showcase their creativity at the newly opened Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City. After an open call for artists by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC) and Bossier Arts Council (BAC), twelve artists were chosen to design stunning artworks that capture the vibrant spirit of the casino and hotel.
Calling All Artists
It all started when the SRAC and BAC reached out to artists across northwest Louisiana, inviting them to submit their concepts for consideration. The response was overwhelming, with creatives eager to take part in an opportunity to be featured in such a prominent venue. Out of numerous submissions, twelve artists stood out and were selected to turn their original ideas into full-fledged artworks.

These artists are set to create pieces that reflect the lively atmosphere of the Live! Casino & Hotel’s entertainment, dining, and nightlife. The casino’s event center, which boasts a vast 25,000-square-foot space, aims to function as a multipurpose venue for various events ranging from entertainment shows to meetings and social gatherings.
