Sponsor Our ArticlesShreveport, La – A man was reportedly shot while inside his home on Lynbrook Boulevard in Shreveport late Wednesday night, May 22. Police arrived at the scene, found the victim with gunshot injuries, and launched an investigation into the incident.
The local police responded swiftly to reports of a distressing incident just before midnight on Wednesday, specifically at 11:57 p.m. The event happened in the 500 block of Lynbrook Boulevard situated between Paulette and Coyth Lane in Hyde Park neighborhood.
Upon arrival, the officers found out an adult man in his residence suffering from gunshot injuries. According to the victim, he was inside his home when he heard a gunshot from outside. A shot had been fired which subsequently ended up striking him in his upper right arm.
Having been shocked and injured by the sudden attack, the victim was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for professional medical attention. His present condition has yet to be reported.
Unfortunately, the identity of the shooter remains unknown. As of the time of filing this report, there is no available information on the shooter’s identity or whereabouts. Nonetheless, the police have initiated an intensive investigation into the shooting and are actively working towards identifying and apprehending the suspect.
