Man Shot from Outside While Inside his Home – A Disturbing Incident on Lynbrook Boulevard

Shreveport, La – A man was reportedly shot while inside his home on Lynbrook Boulevard in Shreveport late Wednesday night, May 22. Police arrived at the scene, found the victim with gunshot injuries, and launched an investigation into the incident.

Police Responds to Midnight Shooting

The local police responded swiftly to reports of a distressing incident just before midnight on Wednesday, specifically at 11:57 p.m. The event happened in the 500 block of Lynbrook Boulevard situated between Paulette and Coyth Lane in Hyde Park neighborhood.

Upon arrival, the officers found out an adult man in his residence suffering from gunshot injuries. According to the victim, he was inside his home when he heard a gunshot from outside. A shot had been fired which subsequently ended up striking him in his upper right arm.

Man Down, Shooter on the Loose

Having been shocked and injured by the sudden attack, the victim was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for professional medical attention. His present condition has yet to be reported.
