SHREVEPORT, La. – The Cotton Boll Grill on Fairfield Avenue in Shreveport has been sold and will remain in business. The popular eatery has been part of the city’s restaurant scene for nearly 100 years. It’s best known for its hearty breakfasts, daily lunch specials, and homemade fruit cobblers. For the past eight years, it has been run by mother and daughter, Lisa Rayenga and Vikki Markaverich, who are retiring. HERE NEWS will speak to the new owners soon.
