Help Let Louisiana Shine with Shreveport Green’s Citywide Clean-up

SHREVEPORT, La. – Shreveport Green is hosting a City Wide/Great American Cleanup for Love the Boot Week. Shreveport Green Executive Director Lauren Jones joined KTBS 3 Midday to share how everyone can help “Let Louisiana Shine.” The citywide clean-up initiative is a Keep America Beautiful and Love the Boot endeavor dedicated to revitalizing the state’s landscape. Through the concerted efforts of volunteers, Shreveport Green strives to enhance the cleanliness of the city by assigning teams to tackle areas grappling with persistent litter issues. Each participating team will be equipped with essential supplies including branded T-shirts, trash bags, and protective gloves.
