The total estimated cost for this ambitious development is a hefty $11,392,759, with Unicorp, LLC stepping in as the contractor.

The Northside Villas apartment complex at 4585 North Market is undergoing major renovations valued at $7,860,730. The upgrades cover all 84 existing apartments, bringing in new cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, ceramic tile, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and more! Plus, exterior improvements such as new siding, roofing, and paving will significantly enhance the curb appeal and livability of the community.
If you shop at the Walmart Supercenter located at 1125 Shreveport Barksdale Highway, you’ll be excited to hear that upgrades worth approximately $1.8 million are on the horizon! Planned enhancements include interior and exterior finishes, reconfiguration of the sales floor, improvements to the online grocery pickup area, new sidewalks, and new appliances. These improvements are sure to make shopping more enjoyable and efficient for everyone.
The retail scene is also evolving with the upcoming opening of a City Gear store at 6550 Youree Drive. This trendy retail chain focuses on men’s apparel, hats, shoes, and brand-name sneakers.
