Shreveport, LA – The city of Shreveport is developing a groundbreaking plan to tackle the persistent challenges of urban blight, vacant properties, and low homeownership rates. We need to boost that number in Shreveport,” declared Parker Brown, Shreveport Implementation and Redevelopment Authority Chairman.
