Three Shreveport Men Wanted for Failing to Register as Sex Offenders

SHREVEPORT, La – A manhunt is underway in Shreveport, as police are searching for three individuals who have failed to register as sex offenders, in violation of the law. These individuals are Tony Savoy, 51, Kevin Warren, 37, and David White, 57.

Tony Savoy

Tony Savoy, 51, has been identified as a notable offender. Savoy is wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration following a felony sexual battery conviction. It is crucial to note that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Kevin Warren
