Club Haze, located on Texas Street, became the scene of chaos just after 2:30 a.m. when a shooting erupted, leaving two young men dead and several others injured.
The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office has identified the victims as 28-year-old JaCorey Fuller and 24-year-old Noah Penn. Both men were tragically shot multiple times during this shocking incident. Fuller was pronounced dead at 2:56 a.m., shortly after the shooting began, while Penn followed later, being declared dead at 7:21 a.m. on the same day.
This incident has raised alarm bells in the community as it marks the eighth and ninth homicides in both Shreveport and Caddo Parish for the year 2025. Local authorities and residents alike are grappling with the implications of violence that seems to be creeping into their neighborhoods.
Alongside the tragic losses of Fuller and Penn, three other individuals were caught in the crossfire. Two men and one woman were also shot during the event.
