We also can’t forget about Shontravious Rogers. This individual was sentenced in 2015 for sexual battery and is tagged as a Tier 1 sex offender. Rogers has a registration deadline that extends until July 2034, but he, too, has failed to comply with the rules. Lastly, Christopher White, another individual wanted by authorities, has a conviction for indecent behavior with juveniles. He was sentenced by the 26th Judicial District Court in Bossier Parish and is expected to register until 2027. Unfortunately for the community, White has also fallen short of his legal responsibilities.
