Sponsor Our ArticlesAs temperatures rise and summer approaches, Shreveport Public Assembly & Recreation is announcing the opening of its seven Spraygrounds on Wednesday, offering families a refreshing way to beat the heat. Through Oct. 1, SPAR’s Spraygrounds will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Water shoes are recommended for added safety.
With multiple locations across the city, residents can easily access these aquatic play areas and enjoy a splashing good time. “We are excited to welcome families back to SPAR’s Spraygrounds for another season of summer fun,” said Shelly Ragle, Director of SPAR. “These vibrant spaces provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children to cool off and stay active during the warmer months.”
In addition to the opening of the Spraygrounds, SPAR will soon announce its pool schedule. For more information about SPAR’s Spraygrounds and other recreational facilities, visit www.myspar.org or follow SPAR on social media.
