SHREVEPORT, La. – With the anticipation of 50 Cent’s G-Unit Studios moving into downtown Shreveport and the talk surrounding the change in nightlife as the city evolves, many believe this is the rebirth of Hollywood south. “We are excited about the rebirth of Hollywood south, can’t you tell? It is all in the atmosphere. I mean Curtis Jackson coming here has created a buzz in our community that is just everchanging,” said Megan Davis, of the Shreveport-Bossier African American Chamber.
